The apartment on the second floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a combined living room/kitchen. When you take the stairs up to the apartment, you are met by a balcony of around 9m2 with the entrance to the apartment. Further into the apartment you will find a combined living room/kitchen which comes complete with all white goods from Bosch. To get more work space in the kitchen, the oven will sit under the induction plate. Next to the kitchen, there is room for a proper dining table. There is also room for a few bar stools in the kitchen island. The TV wall in the living room will be covered with wooden acoustic panels for a warmer feeling. Further in the apartment we find the 2 spacious bedrooms. One is 11.7m2 and the other is a master of 13m2 that comes with a private bathroom and a private terrace/balcony of 4.5m2.
