The name of Lo Pagan originates from the name of a historical figure of the XIX century called Pedro Pagan y Ayuso owner of the Villa ¨Vista Bella¨. He was the first to settle next to the coast on the boundary of the demarcation with San Javier.
Lo Pagan is situated on the north shore of the Mar Menor and in time has merged with San Pedro del Pinatar. The mud baths in Lo Pagan are famous, and a must to visit as they are free and known for their healing properties for the skin.
The beautiful promenade with its market stalls, small idyllic marina and wonderful beach are strongpoints of Lo Pagan as well as an animated funfair beside the marina which opens during the summer months and is perfect for the entertainment of the smallest among us.
Taking a stroll through the promenade you will also find many bars, cafés, restaurants and in particular a small boutique called ¨Amate¨, which means ¨Love thyself¨ where the friendly owners will offer you a selection of exclusive and one of a kind fashion.
